Ebony Jones is a multifaceted professional based in Tulsa, Oklahoma, with a diverse background in culinary arts, education, and spiritual leadership. As the proprietor of 8twenty8.llc, Ebony brings a wealth of expertise to her roles as a chef, ordained minister, community doula while also being a cannabis-friendly educator, .

With a foundation rooted in culinary excellence, Ebony honed her skills at Le Cordon Bleu before assuming a leadership position within one of Oklahomas top companies creating Infused Candies and Chocolates. Her experience in crafting scratch-baked desserts and infusing culinary creations with cannabis has earned her recognition in the industry and would eventually lead her to starting her own business advocating for herbal remedies and natural healing by implementing Chinese herbal medicine into her dishes.

Driven by a desire to challenge stigma and promote wellness, Ebony founded 8twenty8 amidst the challenges of the pandemic. Through this venture, she orchestrates educational seminars, gatherings centered around Womens health and entrepreneurship, fostering an inclusive environment for exploration and dialogue.

As a pioneering figure within the culinary and spiritual spheres, Ebony brings a unique perspective shaped by her experiences as a black woman in the industry. She is dedicated to using her platform to advocate for mental health awareness and community engagement. Recently adding community Doula to her resume, Ms. Jones has eagerly started her journey a a birth worker with hopes of decreasing some alarming disparities in our community.

Ebony is eager to share her story and insights on podcasts, major platforms and influential stages where she can delve into the complexities of the culinary, ministry and cannabis industry, discuss strategies for community empowerment, and articulate her vision for the future of wellness and inclusion.
